Usages:
As A Fish Stock: Prepare by using 2 tbsp Monamon to 1/4 cup of water, bring to a boil then simmer. Strain to remove fish bones and bits. Add to steamed mixed vegetables to make Philippine Pinakbet
As A Dipping Sauce: Add calamansi juice or juice of a regular lime to produce a salty sour tasting sauce. An ideal accompaniment for grilled seafood (fish, squids, shrimps, crabs, mussels), steamed vegetables (eggplant, tomato, okra and squash), or as a salad dressing
Shake well before use.
