Philippine longanisa are often a bit sweet. The sweet taste and recipe very much depends on the region where they are produced. Pinoy Kitchen’s Longanisa is designed for anyone who wants to eat the authentic sweet style of sausage from the Philippines. The sausages are a delicacy and eaten as breakfast as well as dinner evening. One of the all time favorite dishes where these sausages are used is “longsilog”. This is a fried rice dish with fried eggs and longanisa sausages.
